The Pipe Yards of West Oakland

Enough of these legal walls. Time to represent some of the raw graff stuff. Tucked away inside a dark corner of West Oakland are the pipe yards. (although, it's so secluded it may as well be a legal spot) This empty lot has become a favorite spot of many Oakland writers with it's plethora of pipes, one giant wall and a constantly changing layout.  Here's some of the latest pieces :

PI meets West Oakland

The PI crew came out to West Oakland and crushed two giant walls with style ! Legend has it that the new building owner buffed his entire property, which used to be a "yard" , but left Jihad, Anemal and Slej up since he liked their work so much. Well Jihad and his homies came back out at the owners request and represented on the exterior of this building. Oakland needs more of this. Respect to cool property owners who "get it" !

EMT in the Tenderloin

EMT x 1810 x CBS - The Tenderloin

We love the Tenderloin. Where else can you find homelessness, rampant drug use, White Walls, Shooting Gallery some of the best Pho around and great graffiti. Here's a look at a pretty slick wall over in the Tenderloin that was recently completed by the EMT crew with a little help from their friends in the 1810 Mobb and CBS crews.

Defenestration Building

Defenestration  Building - San Francisco

The Defenestration Building : Probably the only building in the world that is a Historic Landmark and is consistently covered in graffiti. Much respect to the ICP crew for maintaining this spot for over a decade. It's an institution in the bay area graff scene. If you live in the bay area, you know this building. You may have been attracted to it for it's façade that is covered with furniture that looks ready to fall on pedestrians but we keep returning for the colorful graffiti that covers the entire first floor. Here's the latest look at the street scene.
