Today's feature is one of those architectural gems that just sits there unused while the authorities twiddle their thumbs trying to figure out exactly what to do with it. While the big wigs sit there in board rooms holding meeting after meeting about it, tossing out rumors of Open Air Farmers Markets, park spaces and general renovations to restore it's former glory; the streets aren't waiting.  Let it sit long enough and it will be crushed!
